Everyone has negative experiences and traumas that shape how we think, feel, and behave.  Trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems, physical distress, societal stress, and other blocks to our personal growth can be stored in the energy fields of our bodies, impacting our ability to function at our full potential.

The only way to permanently change your reality is to find the very root of the problem and to change your frequency around the issues you are experiencing.  Trying to fix matter with matter without investigating the energetic cause of the problem is like taking a pain killer: it numbs down the symptoms without curing the underlying illness. Unfortunately for some of us, we cannot possibly medicate everything away!

This means you do not have to re-visit the same issue again.  However, I cannot do the work FOR you.  You have free will , you still have to live your life and make adequate changes.  Free will is all around ;-)
