1. Introduction
By booking or attending a private, group sessions or transmission with High Frequency Alchemy ('Facilitator'), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ('Terms'). These Terms govern the use of the services provided by High Frequency Alchemy (HFA), whether you are participating in a private session, group session, or transmission.
2. Services
HFA offers private and group sessions, as well as online transformational courses, and transmissions in the areas of spiritual growth, personal transformation, energy healing, hypnosis, and other related services. These services may be conducted via video call, or other online platforms. Sessions may involve coaching, meditation, energy work, and other tools designed to facilitate personal and spiritual development. They are intended for personal well-being and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
3. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and mental, emotional, and physical health.

You agree to be honest and transparent during your sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the services.

You agree to follow any instructions given by High Frequency Alchemy during the session, as they are for your highest good and personal development.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or e-mail.

Payment for private and group sessions is due in full at the time of booking via the link sent over via WhatsApp, email or text message.

Cancellations made at least 5 working days before a scheduled session will receive a full refund (minus a 10% booking fee which is non-refundable). Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable.

Group session fees are non-refundable if you choose not to attend.
Prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.

5. No Guarantees

High Frequency Alchemy makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from any session or transmission.

The results vary depending on individual circumstances, receptivity, and willingness to engage in the process.

6. Liability & Disclaimers
High Frequency Alchemy does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
The practice and/or its facilitator is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the services provided.
The client acknowledges that results may vary from person to person.

The client understands that personal growth and transformation can involve emotional and psychological changes, and you take full responsibility for your participation.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Belgian and EU data protection laws (GDPR).
No personal information will be shared without explicit consent, except where required by law.

All materials, recordings, and content shared during sessions are the intellectual property of High Frequency Alchemy part of Gwen Consult BV. The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

9. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to approach all sessions and transmissions with respect and openness.

Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. High Frequency Alchemy reserves the right to terminate a session at any time without a refund if a client's behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
10. Right to Refuse Service
HFA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.

11. Modification to Terms

High Frequency Alchemy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in sessions or transmissions implies acceptance of any updates.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
