How? By stripping off those conscious and unconscious shadows that withhold you from shining your light. By breaking the circle of pain, density, repetitive patterns, blocks, limiting belief systems, stamps, and so much more that prevent you from stepping into your power.

I serve as a conduit of high healing frequencies that are already IN you. Energies that are ready to be transformed into light and lift all the density that prevents you from being physically, emotionally and energetically healthy. Your human mind will not be able to figure it out, just ALLOW these high frequency healing energies in your field and you will start to see the positive changes in your life. You will be better equipped to navigate life's challenges (oh yes, we will all still have those, otherwise we wouldn't be here on Earth), be grounded, have discernment of what resonates with you and what not and to be authentic and vulnerable in a very powerful way.

You want to change the life of others? Start with yourself and take a deep dive in your own shadows. You will then magnetize people who want to do shadowwork too.

From a practical point of view:

I recommend having some water, a notepad and pencil, and a box of tissues nearby. You may want to take notes, and sessions can be deeply emotional—though always very positive. Should you wish to, feel free to register the session, as it will not be don on our end.

Make sure you are in a very quiet, undisturbed place during the session and switch off or mute your phone.

As the healing codes also transmute density within your physical body, I highly recommend drinking plenty of living water in the days following each session.

Please be gentle with yourself. Unlike the mind and ego, which want to 'do', ‘fix’ and/or ‘understand’ everything that bothers us, energy work operates on a much deeper level, bypassing all. Rest, be kind to yourself, spend time in nature, and go within…
